Living Experience

A PLACE TO LIVE

Tri Delta facilities provide a home away from home to many. Our members embrace the ideal of friendship and value self-respect as they are free to be themselves, form strong friendships and have their current friendships grow stronger while spending time with each other in one of our chapter locations.

A PLACE TO LEARN

Tri Delta fosters academic excellence. By providing our members with quiet study spaces, academic resources, modern amenities and Wi-Fi throughout the facility, our members are able to focus on their academics and learn in a comfortable and supportive environment.

A PLACE TO LEAD

Outside the classroom, Tri Delta members are boldly leading the way and are actively involved on their campuses and in their communities. Tri Delta spaces support their leadership and allow members to grow into the best version of themselves.

For over 75 years, the Theta Omega house has stood proudly at 1630 Oxford Road. However, as the chapter has grown, it has become clear that the current house can no longer accommodate our needs. To support the chapter’s future, Tri Delta Housing has decided to demolish the existing house and construct a brand-new home for the Tri Deltas at KU at the same address. Construction is set to begin in the summer of 2023, and the new house will open its doors to residents for the fall 2024 semester.

The new Theta Omega house will offer ample educational, social, meeting and residential space. With a multifunctional dining/chapter room and a commercial kitchen, members will enjoy a robust dining plan. Zen areas, conference room space, residential lounge spaces and TV rooms, private/pod-style bathrooms and a live-in house director suite will round out the state-of-the-art home we can’t wait to call our own. Spanning approximately 23,000 square feet this house has been thoughtfully designed to be fully accessible and accommodate 71 residents.
